Effective Return Guidelines for Our Online Computer Sales Business

30-Day Return Period

BarKay International LLC is committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product must be included.
  • Items that have been altered, modified, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nic.ochako@barkayinternational.com  within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Securely package the item and include the RMA number for efficient processing.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
